Child Safety Standards
Against CSAE

Effective Date: 18 August 2026  ·  Last Updated: 18 August 2026  ·  Version 1.0
These are Eleva's published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to every user, every piece of content, and every interaction on the Eleva platform worldwide, and they form part of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

01Zero Tolerance

Eleva's position on child sexual abuse and exploitation is

Zero tolerance.
No exceptions.

Confirmed CSAE results in permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Eleva Platform Ltd ("Eleva") prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form, whether the material is real, animated, computer-generated, AI-generated, or otherwise synthetic, and whether it is shared publicly, in a community, or in a private message.

For the purposes of these Standards:

02Minimum Age & Age Assurance

Eleva is not a service for children. The minimum age to hold an Eleva account is 16 years. Accounts belonging to users below that age are removed when identified.

03Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on Eleva and are enforced against without warning:

Non-sexual imagery of minors - for example a family video posted by an adult account holder - is not prohibited, but it is removed where the content, its context, or the engagement it attracts indicates sexualisation or a risk to the child.

04How Reports Reach Us

Every post, comment, profile, and message on Eleva carries an in-app reporting function, and CSAE reports are routed to the front of our moderation queue.

1

In the app. Tap "⋯" → "Report" on any video, comment, profile, or message, choose the reason that fits, and add detail. Reports can be submitted by any user, whether or not they are signed in as the affected party.

2

By email. CSAE and CSAM reports may be sent directly to csam@elevaplatform.org, which is monitored and processed as an immediate priority. General safety concerns: safety@elevaplatform.org.

3

Directly to an authority. Reports may also be made to the NCMEC CyberTipline, the Internet Watch Foundation, or your national law enforcement agency. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.

Do not download, forward, screenshot, or re-share suspected CSAM in order to report it - including to us. Report the content in place, using its in-app report function or by sending us the account name and a link.

05How We Respond

Moderation on Eleva is human-led. Content reported as CSAE is prioritised over all other queues and reviewed by Eleva's Trust & Safety team.

Where a report concerns a user who may themselves be a child at risk, we act on the safety of that child first - removing the content, restricting the reported account, and referring the matter to the appropriate authority - regardless of who submitted the report.

06Reporting to Authorities

Eleva reports confirmed and suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities and hotlines, and cooperates fully with law enforcement:

We respond to valid legal process from law enforcement and preserve account records, content, and metadata on request in accordance with applicable law. We do not notify an account holder of a preservation or disclosure request where notification is prohibited or where it would risk harm to a child or prejudice an investigation.

07Legal Framework

These Standards are maintained in compliance with, among others:

Where these Standards and applicable local law differ, we apply whichever is stricter.

08Child Safety Point of Contact

Eleva maintains a designated point of contact for child safety matters, including enquiries from app stores, regulators, hotlines, and law enforcement:

09Review of These Standards

These Standards are reviewed at least annually, and after any material change to our product, our moderation practice, or the law. The version and date of the current Standards are shown in the header of this page and in the footer below.
