That is why every single Eleva account comes with Ambassador status from day one. Not as a reward for reaching a follower count. Not as a tier to unlock. As a statement of who we are: a platform that genuinely values the people on it.
The following section contains the full legal terms of the Eleva Ambassador Programme. By participating in the programme (which begins automatically upon account creation), you agree to these terms. They should be read alongside the Eleva
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
01Programme Overview & Nature
The Eleva Ambassador Programme ("Programme") is a single-tier direct referral reward scheme operated by Eleva Platform Ltd (Company No. 17158073). Every registered Eleva user automatically participates in the Programme upon account creation and receives a unique personal referral link.
This is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme. The Programme operates on a single level only: you earn rewards exclusively from eligible transactions made by people you personally and directly referred. You do not earn from the referrals made by your referrals, nor from any subsequent level of users. There are no recruitment targets, no minimum referral requirements, no entry fees, and no obligation to refer anyone at all. Participation is passive and automatic. This Programme is a standard affiliate-style referral reward, not a network marketing, pyramid, or chain-referral structure.
02Eligibility
To earn Ambassador rewards, you must:
- Hold an active, verified Eleva account in good standing;
- Have completed mandatory KYC identity verification (triggered at the 3-token threshold);
- Be aged 16 or over;
- Not be in breach of the Eleva Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Referral earnings that accrue before KYC is completed will be held in a pending state and released upon successful verification.

What You Earn
You earn a 5% commission, credited as Eleva Tokens, on eligible transactions made by users who:
- Registered on Eleva using your unique personal referral link; and
- Were not already registered on the platform at the time of referral.
"Eligible transactions" means purchases of Eleva Tokens by your referred users via Google Pay. Eleva reserves the right to define, update, or limit eligible transaction types with reasonable notice.
What You Do Not Earn
- Commissions from users referred by your referred users (no second level or beyond);
- Commissions on transactions that are refunded, reversed, or disputed;
- Commissions on promotional token grants;
- Commissions on KYC verification costs.
Token Conversion
Ambassador earnings are credited in Eleva Tokens. Tokens are platform credits and do not constitute currency, a financial instrument, or a security. They may not be redeemed for cash except where a specific cash withdrawal feature is explicitly made available by Eleva.
04Referral Attribution
A referral is attributed to you when a new user registers using your unique referral link and that registration is confirmed by our systems as valid. Attribution is determined solely by Eleva's technical systems. In the event of a dispute about attribution, Eleva's records are definitive.
Referral attribution may not be claimed retroactively. If a user joins Eleva through any means other than your unique link, no referral relationship is created, regardless of any prior introduction.
05Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct will result in forfeiture of all earned referral rewards, account suspension, and possible permanent ban:
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate artificial referrals;
- Self-referral (using your own link to create secondary accounts);
- Paying, incentivising, or coercing others to register using your link in a misleading manner;
- Making false or misleading claims about the Programme, including implying guaranteed income;
- Misrepresenting Eleva or the Programme in any marketing material;
- Any other manipulation of the referral system designed to earn rewards artificially.
Eleva reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any rewards it reasonably believes were generated through fraudulent or manipulative conduct, and to take any further action available under the Terms of Service.
06Programme Modifications & Termination
Eleva Platform Ltd reserves the right to:
- Modify the commission rate, eligible transaction types, or any other aspect of the Programme at any time, with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification;
- Suspend or terminate the Programme in its entirety with 60 days' notice;
- Terminate an individual user's participation in the Programme for breach of these terms or the Terms of Service, with immediate effect and without prior notice.
Earned rewards that have already been credited to your token balance at the time of any Programme change will not be retroactively affected, except where required by law or where earned through fraudulent conduct.
07No Employment or Agency Relationship
Participation in the Ambassador Programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or any other business relationship between you and Eleva Platform Ltd. You are not an employee, contractor, or representative of Eleva. You have no authority to make representations, commitments, or warranties on behalf of Eleva.
Ambassador rewards are not wages, salary, or consideration under any employment law. They are platform credits earned through a voluntary referral scheme.
08Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that may arise from your participation in the Ambassador Programme, including any income tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Eleva Platform Ltd does not provide tax advice. Where required by law, Eleva may report Ambassador earnings to relevant tax authorities.
09Governing Law
These Programme Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and form part of the Eleva Terms of Service. In the event of conflict between these Programme Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
