Delete Your Account
& Personal Data

You have the right to delete your Eleva account and your associated personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do it, what gets deleted, and what is retained for legal reasons.

This action is permanent. Account deletion cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account, profile, content, and personal data will be permanently removed subject to the legal retention requirements described below.

Method 1 โ€” Delete In-App (Instant)

๐Ÿ“ฑFrom within the Eleva App

  1. Open the Eleva App and sign in;
  2. Tap your Profile icon (bottom right);
  3. Tap the Settings icon (top right);
  4. Scroll to Account โ†’ tap "Delete Account";
  5. Enter your password to confirm your identity;
  6. Tap "Confirm Delete".

Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately. Public content will be removed within 24 hours. Complete data deletion will be completed within 90 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Method 2 โ€” Request by Email

What Gets Deleted

What We Are Required to Keep

Legal retention obligations: Some data must be retained even after account deletion to comply with UK and EU law:
